MIKE Christian, the 67-year-old bodybuilder with an impressive career, has been hailed as a “legend” by his followers.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Christian began competing in 1976 and dubbed himself “The Iron Warrior.”

The 67-year-old has since won multiple International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) awards including Mr. Universe, Mr. America and Mr. World.

His stage career ended in 1992.

However, Christian still boasts an impressive physique.

“They call me a legend at 67,” he said captioned an Instagram postshows his strong arms.

Fans flooded the comments with praise for the former IFFB pro.

“Sixty-seven!!! You are the man!! Huge respect!!!” said one fan under the post.

“A true legend,” said another.

“Still a jacket. Looking great champ,” wrote one Instagram user.

Another IFFB champion recently shared how he keeps in shape over 60.

Dorian Yates, 61, is known as “The Shadow” in the bodybuilding community.

Yates won the Mr. Olympia title every year from 1992 to 1997 and is credited with being the first of bodybuilding’s mass monsters.

Accordingly, he triggered a revolution in bodybuilding generation iron.

“After his debut and dominance, many bodybuilders changed their approach to bodybuilding and focused on building muscle mass to spur the generation of mass monsters,” the publication reads called.

At 61, Yates is still active and in shape.

He recently divided his fitness program.

Yates uses kettlebell rational swing training to maintain his impressive physique, which he’s been doing since the 1990s.
