In one of her latest videos, she recreated a voiceover that showed a frustrating part of her job.

The video shows an exchange between two women – both played by the TikToker.

One of the voices belongs to a lady who wants to have her screen protector replaced, and the other to a Best Buy employee.

The employee asks the woman what kind of phone she has in order to get the right size screen protector.

“Er, I have a guarantee on it – free search. the customer replies.

The Best Buy employee then asks them again to try to identify their phone model.

This time, the woman says she’s not sure, but the exchange takes a turn when she also refuses to show the clerk her phone.

At the end of the conversation, the woman accuses the Best Buy employee of being “complicated”.

She also said she would take her business elsewhere, to which the clerk replied, “Okay.”

The TikToker captioned her 55-second skit: “Sometimes I wish clients would let me do my job.”

USER REACTIONS

Since its release, the video has been endorsed by Best Buy employees across the country.

“So true I just tell them to leave the store,” one person commented.

“How did she expect you to change protector for her without even touching the phone,” said another TikTok user.

“This is 100 percent accurate and happens 4-10 times a day in my shop,” noted a third person.

“Just crazy how some people act and think,” added a fourth user.
