All you have to do is promote affiliate links to Amazon products.
Basically, you promote Amazon on your social media accounts or websites by using links to their products.
First, sign up for the program through the affiliate program webpage on the Amazon website.
Then you can create your own custom links that allow Amazon to track your sales and pay you a commission.

A TikToker named Stevie Sells, who according to his bio “never had a real job,” tested this side job in a video.
He used the links on all of his major social media platforms hoping to get the most exposure.
Its population consisted mostly of middle-aged women from the United States.
Stevie then selected items that he believed his target audience would buy.
One product Stevie promoted was a fun flamingo wine bottle holder.
He then set up custom affiliate links for each product and organized them in a table for easier tracking.
Now you could just post a picture of the product with the link attached, but Stevie wanted to get creative and garner as much attention as possible in hopes of increasing his commission.
He decided to take every product image and turn it into a meme.
He featured one of those memes in his video, which showed a photoshopped man on a toilet seat.
The guy was playing with a toy fishing game that was presumably the product Stevie was trying to sell.
The meme read, “For those who take too long in the toilet.”
Stevie felt that this type of content would generate more engagement on the platform and wouldn’t look too much like spam that would be ignored.
He then conveniently scheduled the posts to be spread out over a week.
A big mistake Stevie made was opening his links in a web browser instead of the Amazon app.
The Amazon app makes shopping easier for customers, and Stevie thought his bottom line was hurt by this bug.
In seven to eight days, Stevie’s post garnered 6,593 clicks and a one percent conversion rate, according to an update video.
A conversion rate is the percentage of website visitors who actually make a purchase.
With a good conversion rate of over 10 percent, there is definitely room for improvement in this area.
However, Stevie placed 66 orders, which brought in $1,039.93 in sales for Amazon.
But what did Stevie do? Overall, he made $53.99 for the week.
“And the best part is that I set it up and didn’t have to do anything after that,” Stevie said.
Stevie advised his viewers to take the extra step and see which items are being ordered the most and try to find similar products to promote to maximize profits.
He also suggested setting up a niche audience online with a separate account or blog if you’re serious about optimizing your earnings.
The downside to this program is how low Amazon’s commission rates are, Stevie said.
The commission rate is around three to four percent, while other programs offer 15 percent or more.

This isn’t the only Amazon side hustle to watch out for. Another tiktoker shared how to make $10,000 a month on Amazon.
He has broken it down into eight steps that explain how to make money selling products on Amazon.
