His house is on a floating island surrounded by a lake he calls “Shadow’s Water.”

The shaman’s mission is to protect the wildlife and wetlands surrounding his hometown of Widgeon Marsh.

The real Womble is becoming increasingly popular online and now has almost 7,000 Youtube Subscribers: 13,700 Instagram trailer and Tick tock His videos have received over 1.6 million views and 73,000 likes.

His Instagram bio was recently updated to say, “I’m single and looking for a woman.”

On YouTube, Shadow mainly shows the island he lives on.

The description says:

“I have been living here independently for 17 years.

“The entire island is made from recycled and reclaimed eco-friendly materials.

“I do my best to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint.

“The island is powered by solar panels, I have a composting toilet, beautiful gardens and cute chickens.

“I believe in natural healing, energies and a healthy lifestyle.

“I want to raise awareness of how important it is to live in harmony with nature.”

On Instagram, Shadow shows his audience how he shares the island with snakes, beavers, otters, birds, bats and fish.

To ensure he stays as environmentally friendly as possible, one way Shadow lives his life is by having a compost shed and a composting toilet so he doesn’t pollute the ecosystem.

The filter system he developed ensures that the water level in the swamp areas always remains constant and is therefore ideal for wildlife.

He also has chickens that live in his homemade chicken coop and a bat apartment where the bats that visit him live in it instead of coming into his house.

He is constantly using things he finds, like oil drums floating on the water, and turning them into garden beds where his greens and food can grow.

The barrels also helped create a bench for him to sit and relax on.

This helped him save thousands.

He travels in one of three boats.

A small boat called the Puddle Pirate that he uses to collect wood, as well as a kayak and a larger boat for trips to the local town when he brings food or supplies.

Interestingly, he has a large library in his floating house with hundreds of books, which gives him information on how to keep the island sustainable and helps him build it.

Downstairs there is also a pantry where he stores food, a kitchen and a large workshop with every tool imaginable.

Upstairs it has a craft area, an office and a bedroom with a single bed.

He has a large selection of films, board games and musical instruments that he uses to protect himself from cabin fever in the winter.
