Hailey, nicknamed haileyonthedaily on TikTok, is a 24-year-old nutrition and wellness blogger.
She recently made the trip to Aldi for the first time after seeing TikTok reviews of the store’s protein-rich and healthy products.
Although Hailey visited two stores in her hometown of Dallas, Texas, she struggled to find some of the specialties she was looking for.
But the vlogger still enjoyed a wide variety of healthy, inexpensive foods.

“I think I spent about $100 or $110 on toilet paper. I don’t know, I’m blown away!” she said.
Let’s take a look at some of Hailey’s best finds.
Please note that prices may vary by store and location.
RICE CAKE
The first items she showed were bags of Fit & Active brand cheddar and caramel rice cakes.
Each 6.56 ounce pouch costs $2.35.
“The ones with caramel are delicious, the cheddar, not my favorite,” Hailey said.
KETO BAGEL
Next, the calorie-conscious shopper grabbed a six-pack of keto bagels (usually $4.95) discounted at 50 percent.
“It was kind of crazy!” Hailey said of the award.
PROTEIN WRAP
“I’m excited for these… make me some wrap!” she said as she demonstrated the high-protein black bean tortillas.
Aldi sells a variety of alternatives to your usual corn or wheat wraps for $3.85 a pack.
ROTISSERIE DRAWN MEAT
For the perfect accompaniment to the tortillas, Hailey found packs of Rotisserie Pulled Chicken and Rotisserie Pulled Pork at her local stores.
“Are you kidding me? These will be perfect for meal prep. I’m looking forward to it,” she said.
The chicken and pork 16-ounce packs are $7.95 each.
QUINOA MEALS
Hailey picked up two Earthly Grains-branded quinoa dishes—Mango Jalapeño and Spicy Jalapeño and Roasted Peppers—both for $3.29 each.
“I think this is going to be really nice, especially for work days,” she said. “Because we just love ready-to-eat stuff.”
WHIPPED CREAM
Hailey went on a mini whipped cream transport and said, “They had a cool bunch of different ones that I’ve never tried.”
She bought Truwhip ($2.69), Friendly Farms Original Whipped Cream ($3.25), Friendly Farms Irish Whip Cream ($2.95), and Friendly Farms Salted Caramel Whipped Cream ($2.89).
“I don’t usually eat whipped cream, I was just excited… oops!”
HOT SAUCES
Hailey said she was a “hot sauce girl” as she showed off her spicy choices.
At Burman’s, she found avocado serrano, hot garlic, and Polynesian sweet and hot sauces for $3.29 each.
PUDDING
Hailey was hoping to buy protein pudding but couldn’t find it at her store.
So she bought two packs of Baker’s Corner instant pudding (75 cents each) and plans to add protein powder herself.
