I sell “human flesh” jackets for $720 – some people are disgusted, but my regular customers love the gory look

THIS artist caught the attention of potential buyers after making jackets that look like human flesh and eventually selling them for hundreds.

Although the cloaks aren’t actually made out of human remains, they bear an uncanny resemblance to human flesh.

The odd fashion pieces can be bought on eBay account The Flesh Krafter for £600.00 which is around $720.

These jackets are made to order and take around three weeks to complete, according to the artist’s eBay page.

“That’s how it works. You send me a jacket that you know fits you and feels right,” the seller said on eBay.

“Then I’ll cover it with a replica of human skin and either deliver it to you or mail it to you.”

The artist said that “the whole process sounds[s] easy”, but “it is not”.

“They include faces, nipples, ears and even tattoos,” the artist said.

But he warned potential buyers that “they’re heavy.”

These jackets have one outer pocket and one inner pocket and are made from a silicone latex laminate that is “roughly sewn together”.

The artist said he has been making these unique items for over two decades.

“I’ve been doing this on eBay since the turn of the millennium,” he said.

The seller added: “I’ve noticed that since then more and more people have started making and selling models just like my own on eBay.

“But nobody has matched my imagination and execution,” claimed the artist. “Not to mention my prices.”

BUYER RESPONSE

While some may be startled by the resemblance to human flesh and get flashbacks to The Silence of the Lambs, others enjoy the artwork and are happy with their purchase.

“Another brilliant piece of art from this kind and professional seller,” said one shopper who ordered multiple jackets.

“Highly recommended and much appreciated,” praised another customer.

A third said that the jacket “is a true work of art that I will enjoy for years to come.

“Lifelike and deathlike at the same time.”
