It’s been rumored to be a simple gig to launch online, although the sweet deal has of course drawn some internet skeptics.

Several TikTokers in the comments were keen to get started, with one even asking, “Savage Fenty! How can I start?

Another wrote: “So I’m doing this for free?”

A third added: “Where do I register as a struggling college student?”

Gig-addicted self-starters mastered the first hurdle.

“I’m now awaiting my approval,” one comment read.

“I’ll let you know how it goes. It says allow 2 business days.”

In the same position, another TikToker added: “I signed up too and am also awaiting approval.”

There were skeptics among Rihanna fans.

“Pretty sure you must have a large following if you apply,” quipped one.

That comment was backed up by one which read, “Hey ladies I just tried it and you must have a massive following to get started.”

Dee suggested that the big caveat that followed was just a rumor and that the gig was legit — even for those who don’t hoard a huge social media herd.

Putting an end to the defeatism of the process, she said: “You don’t have to have a huge following to get started.

“So stop spreading lies on my side.

“I just let people get through without having any followers.

While those who are approved are able to sell the merchandise straight away in what looks like a tiered incentive gig, one comment pointed out the irony of the limited availability.

“The fun part is that it’s not even available to people in Barbados. Your native country.”
