I lost six calorie counts and this is exactly what I ate in a day… including bacon and barbecue

A WOMAN who lost 6 stone of incredible weight by counting calories has revealed exactly what she eats in a day – with no limits.

Bethany started her weight loss journey at the age of 16, and now weighs 9 pounds 12 lbs.

“This is what I ate in a day that cost me six stone,” she started. “I always start my day with a big bottle of water and green tea.”

For breakfast, she eats two hard-boiled eggs on a slice of white toast, along with some bacon and tender broccoli — for 352 calories.

Lunch was a burrito, consisting of nachos, lettuce and onions and some meat in a tortilla wrap, for a total of 347 calories.

“I make sure I’m in a calorie deficit all the time, which means I weigh all the food out and count the calories,” explains Bethany.

“I drink a lot and a lot of water, it really helps.”

As a snack, she ate a small bunch of red grapes with 66 calories, before eating a homemade kebab with salad and fries for dinner with 378 calories.

She continued her dinner with a toast with Nutella sauce and served with strawberries and blueberries, for 259 calories.

“I don’t cut out anything, if I really want something, I’ll have it and this makes it impossible for me to get bored,” added Bethany.

As a late-night snack, she has a Maryland cookie bar with 96 calories, plus another cup of green tea and a large bottle of water.

Bethany’s total calories for the day are 1,500 calories, but she urges everyone to calculate their own calorie deficit, as it varies from person to person.

In the caption for the video, Bethany added that she’s gained 10 pounds since filming the video over the summer, but is “completely at peace” with her current position.

The video’s comments section was quickly flooded with messages from others praising Bethany for sharing examples of her daily menu.

“I started at 17:11 and weighed yesterday at 12:11 – still a bit to go but this account has given me massive boost,” one person wrote.

“So inspiring,” another commented.

Bethany also responded to another comment from a viewer asking how long it took her to lose weight, admitting it took a year to get where she is.
