A MODEL with the “biggest cheeks in the world” looks unrecognizable in a rare photo taken six years ago.

Anastasia Pokreshchuk, 33, from Ukraine, sported a slim face and curly hair in 2017 before spending £1,500 on fillers.

She had her first facial injections at the age of 26 and has never looked back because she’s lost count of how many facials she’s had.

Her lips, cheeks and corners of the mouth were filled in, her forehead was botoxed and her jaw and chin were reshaped.

After thousands of procedures, the 33-year-old has undergone a dramatic transformation.

Fans were floored when Anastasia posted a rare throwback pic to Instagram showing off her blonde natural locks.

While some couldn’t believe it was really her in the photo, others praised the Ukrainian model – who now has light pink hair – on her new look.

One wrote: “Is that you? Wow. Nice photo, honestly really pretty.”

Another commented: “Before she was like everyone else. Now she’s something special, with a twist.”

A third said: “You are amazing – keep going and don’t stop.”

However, some followers suggested Anastasia has taken her obsession with face fillers too far – saying they prefer her natural, fresh-faced look.

One commented, “How beautiful you were back then.”

A second wrote: “You used to look even better.”

A third said: “A beautiful woman in those days. And now a victim of plastic.”

But after injecting her cheek fillers, Anastasia said she “fell in love” with her looks.

“I love them, I want them to look like this and I’m very happy. I inject myself regularly in other parts of my face,” she previously said.

“I understand that they look weird to others, but I don’t mind.”

But she admitted she has received hateful messages on social media.

“I’ve had people tell me I’m an ugly bitch and that I should kill myself, but when I see it I just laugh at it and ignore it,” she said.

In July 2020, Anastasia told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield This Morning that despite warnings from a desperate doctor, she would not stop injecting herself.

Since her face transformation, Anastasia has also tried other crazy procedures – from butt massages to skin smoothing sessions.
