A THRIFT shopper has revealed the expensive piece of furniture she bought at Goodwill for a fraction of the price.

TikToker Delaney Hoskins spotted a chair in a store and didn’t hesitate to buy it for $50.

In the video, Delaney (@delaneyhoskins) explained how she quickly fell in love with what she called “the most incredible chair.”

Because it was made of leather and cowhide, she knew it had to be a quality piece.

The TikToker did a quick Google search and was shocked by the result.

“I was already in love, but I took it home and checked it out, and it’s worth over $2,000,” she said.

“It’s a beautiful mid-century piece.

“I can’t believe I got this for only $50.”

From the comments, it appears that the lucky saver bought a Le Corbusier armchair with backrest.

“Yes!! I couldn’t remember the name. He’s authentic,” Delaney wrote in response.

Le Corbusier is a world-renowned Swiss architect celebrated for his modern furniture pieces.

When Delaney’s followers saw the chair, they were surprised she got such a good deal.

“That’s incredible! I love thrift. You never know what treasures you may find,” wrote one commenter.

“Wow! I never find anything great in our thrift stores. That’s amazing,” said another person.

Delaney agreed that saving is “such a thrill.”

At the time of writing, her video had more than 5,300 likes and 100 comments.
