One WOMAN shared how she made a whopping $820 (£613) profit selling a couch just by taking better pictures of it.
TikTok user @furnitureflippingteacher uploaded a video showing how easy it is to monetize secondhand.

In the clipshe added the caption: “I bought one for $1600 [£1,196] couch for $80 [£59] and sell it for $900 [£673]. ”
She explains that she spotted the bargain leather couch at a thrift store and saw online that the new ones were actually worth more than £1,000.
She immediately took a picture and brought it home for a great price.
The flipper continued: “Of course I brought it home.
“I staged it, listed it on Facebook Marketplace, sold it for $900.”
She shows how all she does is put it in her living room and add some cushions and throws so people can better visualize it in their homes.
Her video has garnered over 100,000 views and people are impressed.
One said: “wow what a find.”
