A woman has revealed she dropped out of a date after he made just one mistake with the waiters.

TikTok users Julia Carlisle recounts a recent date she went on, but she decided almost immediately that it would be their first and last.

Captioning her video, she wrote: “I went on our first date knowing this was our last bc he was trying to get the waiter’s attention and they didn’t notice him. he & I understood.

“I don’t know why this embarrasses me so much.”

The video has since received more than 25,000 views and hundreds of comments, with many from the blokes appalled at her immediate dismissal.

One person wrote: “Certified non-wife document.”

“Better never date,” another commented, while a third added, “He dodged a bullet.”

However, while many disagreed with her approach, many were quick to agree that they would, too.

“The waiter’s ability to praise is important,” another agreed, while a third added, “It’s awkward.”
