I built my entire tiny home for just $1,800 – I can tow it anywhere but people say it looks like an outhouse

In a video for the Tiny House Giant Journey YouTube channel, they gave a tour of their house on wheels, which Jack built for just $1,800.
With only 32 square meters of living space, the micro travel hut is an extreme example of a tiny house.
It’s so light you can even tow it with your Subaru SUV.
“We knew we needed a space on wheels that we could take with us,” explained Jack.

Built on a 4-by-8-foot trailer, the shell took just six days to build, using a shed roof, products from The Home Depot and windows from Facebook Marketplace.
“A lot of people have told me it looks like an outhouse and that’s not what I had in mind. But it is what it is,” Jack said.
“But it’s kind of an outhouse because we take it out and it’s our house.”
Inside there is ample space for two sofas that fold down into a single bed, with a dog bed underneath.
A single stove prepares coffee or breakfast and there is a fold out table for dining or working.
However, the bathroom situation is a little less comfortable.
Jack and Rylie shower outside on top of a box with a bucket and a rechargeable shower pump.
The toilet is now just a bucket with a toilet seat.
But this isn’t the only tiny house Jack and Rylie have built.
They’re also the proud owners of a $2,500 A-frame cabin in the woods.
“We love the creativity that comes with designing our space and then bringing it to life,” said Jack.
GETTING TINY
More and more Americans are turning their backs on the dream of a large single-family home and opting for something similar.
Digital nomads are even converting old ambulances and shipping containers into tiny houses
And there are now companies that manufacture and sell new, ready-to-move-in tiny houses.

Incredible Tiny Homes, for example, sells an entire house on wheels for just $15,000.
And Nevada-based Boxabl makes and sells pre-built tiny houses starting at around $50,000 — and even Elon Musk is a customer.
