I bought my purebred labrador puppy on Craigslist for $450 – she is very cute but over time she has become very different

A DOG owner has revealed the “purebred Labrador” she bought on Craigslist turned out very differently than she expected.
TikTok user Erin Elkins Sleepani shared the Video of her adorable puppy who looked like a completely different dog.
She revealed how the dog was advertised on Craigslist as a “white cream English lab puppy,” which was for sale for $450.
The video consisted of a slideshow of pictures showing how cute the pup looked when she bought him.
Captioned “Never Trust Craigslist,” Erin said, “We decided to buy a $450 dog from Craigslist.”
“She was supposed to be a ‘purebred labrador’, she was very sweet, but NOT ‘purebred’.”

Erin added, “Instead, we have 25 percent Labrador, 25 percent Golden Retriever, 15 percent Swiss Shepherd, 15 percent Mountain Dog, and the rest Hound.”
But despite being “cheated” about the puppy, she said they still love their pet.
“We don’t care what she is, she is our wonderful wife who brings so much joy to our family,” she added.
One commenter said: “You all look happy, the dog looks happy! You both won!”
However, others felt that the family should have recognized the fraud from the start.
Referring to the original ad, which showed the puppies with their mother, one wrote: “The dog pictured isn’t even a labrador lol it’s a golden.”
While another added: “The mother they showed is not even a Labrador but quite literally a Golden Retriever. You all played there.”
Erin isn’t the first dog owner to be scammed online by a so-called purebred dog.
Earlier this year, a pet owner revealed that her purebred Shih Tzu puppy had become a completely different dog.
After TikTok user Maggie brought the pup home, he continued to grow, becoming far larger than a tiny Shih Tzu.
Maggie challenged the breeder and eventually found out through a DNA test that the dog contained no Shih Tzu at all.
She added, “She’s actually mostly German shepherd, chow chow and a little bit pit bull and super mutt.”
“Now I have a 60-65 pound dog that is not a Shih Tzu, sheds a lot of hair, drools a lot and is a lot bigger than I expected.”
