Rob Stephenson, part of Flea Market Flipper (@fleamarketflipper), said he found a machine at the thrift store.
“$5 at the thrift store turned into $400,” he wrote in the video.
Stephenson later explained in the comments section that he found a warming drawer for a stove.
“Just needed a thorough cleaning,” Stephenson wrote of the condition of the product.

The special product was sold on eBay for $399.99.
Stephenson said eBay fees cost him $52 — shipping the device cost an additional $88.
He reported a total win of $255.
Stephenson has lashed out at TikTok commenters who said they wouldn’t put in the time to make a $255 profit.
TIKTOK REACTION
It took Stephenson two hours to properly secure the unit in a box for shipment.
TikTok commenters said they wouldn’t put any work into just $255 in cash.
“A lot of effort for a few hundred, I can do that in four hours serving canapés,” said one commenter.
Another commenter concluded: “Time is money, 2 hours to dispatch no.”
Stephenson responded and said he was willing to put in the time to win.
He replied: “2 hours for the whole thing. So like $125 an hour isn’t worth your time?”
Stephenson and his wife have made plenty of money from their eBay thrift store.

Rob and Melissa Stephenson run the TikTok channel to show off how much money they make from all their thrift sales.
The couple said they made $91,000 in earnings in 2021 and only worked five to 10 hours a week.
“Our goal is usually 10x our investment,” Rob said of her purchases.
The couple recently shared that they sold a device for over $6,000 after buying it for $125.
“Last month was a good month for eBay sales,” the video’s caption read.
