A FASHION influencer found a cheap Walmart dupe for a fraction of the price of a designer.
The designer shoe cheat was only $11.
TikToker Sydney Nicole (@sydneynicolegiff) claimed she found a Walmart knockoff of Fila’s $140 women’s sneaker.
Fila, a South Korean-based athleisure brand with $80-$140 women’s sneakers, has become a famous designer in the United States.
The brand’s chunky-soled active shoe became a fashion staple in the 1970s after tennis players signed endorsement deals with the company.
Nicole claimed they found a pair of shoes from Walmart that were similar to the shoe at a discounted price.
Nicole said they found a pair of women’s chunky-soled training sneakers for $11.
The all-white shoes featured a Walmart discount sticker.
They also bought several crafting accessories to give the shoes a more fashionable look.
The creator bought rhinestones for $2.97, waterproof paint for $0.50, and industrial-strength E6000 glue for an undisclosed amount.
The US broadcaster Sun found a Walmart listing for the adhesive for $3.97.
At the end of the video, the creator painted both shoes beige color and added silver rhinestones.
The creator captioned the video “DIY Shoes from Walmart.”
People jumped at the video’s caption and said the shoes looked exactly like Fila’s shoes.
Several people praised the shoes for their designer appeal.

Several commenters said they had a pair of Walmart shoes and recommended them for convenience.
