I asked for a pretty flower tattoo

IT’S no surprise that it can take months or even years to commit to a tattoo design.

After all, it’s a big decision considering it will be inked on your body for a lifetime.

Tiffany Ann, who is from the US, took to TikTok and explained how she walked into a tattoo parlor and showed the artist several photos of the floral design she was looking for (pictured).

Tiffany Ann, who is from the US, took to TikTok and shared a series of photos that she sent to her tattoo artist to give him an idea of what she wanted.

However, what she ended up with was something else entirely.

In a second clip posted to social media, she explained, “I get it, I probably should have said something.”

“I understand that it’s my body, my life, and it sticks to me.”

“There were a lot of people commenting on the video and saying, ‘Oh my god, I’m so sorry this happened to you.’

“I would have had so much more respect for that person if they’d said from the start, ‘You know what, I don’t want to do this. It’s just not my thing.’

It really hurt that he was fine putting that on my body.”

And it wasn’t long before Tiffany Ann’s social media users took to the comments section to discuss the tattoo blunder.

“That’s exactly why people shouldn’t get upset when artists reject ideas. obviously this “artist” didn’t know how to make what you were looking for,” one person wrote.

In response, Tiffany Ann wrote: I would have much preferred it if he had just said, ‘Sorry. Not my style.’ I would have found someone else and even recommended him to others to be honest.”

A second commented: “Oh no… BUT! Once it’s cured, could you see if you could put a black ink stencil/outline on it to give it a watercolor effect?”
