How Tottenham could line up next season as Antonio Conte close in on Ivan Perisic, Christian Eriksen’s return and Spence

ANTONIO CONTE’s Tottenham starting line-up could look very different next season.

The Italian’s calls for support in the transfer market were answered after a £150m cash injection from owner Enic.

Conte recently met transfer boss Fabio Paratici in Turin and will now stay at the club with a commitment to make money this summer.

Up to SIX Signings could go through the doors at Tottenham in the upcoming window.

Inter Milan duo Ivan Perisic and Alessandro Bastoni are both top targets.

Experienced left-back Perisic will snub Chelsea in favor of a Conte reunion in N17 when his contract at San Siro expires this summer.

Meanwhile, reports in Italy claim Spurs will compete with Manchester United for the services of Italy centre-back Bastoni.

Both would likely fit straight into Conte’s line-up having already played under him at Inter.

Elsewhere, Spurs have been advised to bring Brentford midfielder Christian Eriksen back to the club.

The 30-year-old’s short-term contract with the Bees expires in the summer and while boss Thomas Frank hopes he stays, an approach from Spurs is likely.

He could play alongside Rodrigo Bentancur in midfield.

And with doubts about Emerson Royal’s abilities, Conte targets an attacking right-back.

Middlesbrough’s Djed Spence, currently on loan at play-off finalists Nottingham Forest, is the prime target in a £15m deal.

The 21-year-old would be a surefire starter after a stellar season on loan.

Elsewhere, Spurs are looking for a backup forward for Harry Kane and Fraser Forster is also close to signing for the club.

Alternatively, Spurs have been linked with Barcelona left-footed centre-back Clement Lenglet.

The Frenchman could leave Barca this summer after Andreas Christensen arrives at the Nou Camp.

Spanish reports claim Spurs have ‘asked’ for a loan transfer and the 26-year-old is an option for Conte’s back three if he misses Bastoni.
