The series is set in afterglow New York City, where Clint Barton (aka Hawkeye) is on a mission to return to his family for Christmas. His holiday wish becomes complicated when a threat from the past approaches. Reluctantly, Hawkeye teams up with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) – a 22-year-old archer and his biggest fan – to help him unravel a criminal conspiracy.
In the first episode, the audience will see Bishop’s behind-the-scenes story being revealed on screen along with Hawkeye’s complicated family situation and how the duo is unlikely to become a team.
Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and newcomer Alaqua Cox also feature in the series.
