What do Dancing On Ice contestants get paid?

The exact salary is not known though The Sun exclusively revealed in 2020 that TV executives have secured a bumper budget to secure top stars.

Salaries for program participants are reported to be between £20,000 and £100,000.

In the past, although some people who have participated have stated that the salary is not high.

Former contestant Cheryl Baker previously told The Sun: “In my opinion, the amount is not big.

“I’ve been training six days a week since October. If you make it to the final it’s a six-month project, so it’s not a lot of money.

“In this industry, you can go months without a job. You can’t turn down a job.

“I have to work. I have a mortgage and bills to pay. I’m not a saver, I never have been.”

The highest-paid star in Dancing on Ice history is Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, who received £150,000 in 2013.

What do professional dancers get paid?

Professional dancers work tirelessly with celebrities, months before the show begins.

Unlike the judges, they are on the show throughout the week, as they have to rehearse with their star co-stars.

It is not known though how much professionals are paid.

How do judges get paid?

The jury consisted of Christopher Dean, Jayne Torvill, Ashley Banjo and Oti Mabuse.

Also returning for another season are presenters Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield.

Broadcaster ITV did not disclose how much they were paid but judges on TV series Seriously Come Dancing are paid at least £200,000 per series.
