The new series, coming soon to Netflix – created by Tim Schauer, Kuba Soltysiak, Erin Ehrlich and Lauren Iungerich – follows two best friends as they make the decision to stand out from the crowd and change their boring “under the radar” lives . But when one of them turns into a ghost after a freak accident, things don’t go according to plan. The official synopsis, provided by the Netflix Media Center, reads:

“Over the course of one night, a high school senior who’s lived her life safely under the radar seizes an opportunity to change her narrative and live an epic life, only to find out the next morning that she’s a motherf*%king Spirit.”

Many Netflix original series follow an eight-episode template, which allows the show’s creators to wrap up a season well. This has been confirmed by IMDb Whoa, bitch will also have eight episodes, each lasting about 30 minutes.

Don’t expect a second season, however, as the show was conceived as a limited series, which means a definitive solution to Erika Vu’s (Lana Condor) spooky problem will likely be found by the end of the season.
