Hotel staff revealed hidden items in the bathroom

IF you have ever stayed in a hotel room then you must have seen a strange item taped to the wall in the bathroom.

A hotel employee shared a video on Tiktok revealing that it was actually a clothesline – although people have said it looks like something out of a horror movie.

The woman who uses the handle @hotel_hacks_, showed her 42,000 followers how the line works.

She said: “Have you ever looked in your hotel bathroom and wondered what the hell is that? Let me show you.”

Then she pulled the rope from the circular support and pulled it over to the opposite wall that had a hook for it to hook onto.

The result is a wash line across the tub.

“Use it to wash wet towels, bathing suits, and anything else you need to air dry,” she says.

The video has been viewed more than 20,000 times, with some commenting that they have no idea what it’s used for.

However, many viewers were more concerned that the line reminded them of a gruesome death in the horror film Final Destination.

One person wrote: “No thanks Final Destination”, while another commented: “Death of Final Destination”.

Third sentence: “*Finished watching crime/murder shows* ah, that’s just convenient for killing people.”
