Footage captured by a surveillance camera in northwest Miami-Dade, Fla. shows some of what happened in the final moments of 25-year-old Wendy Daniel.

The man accused of killing the young woman Tuesday morning has been identified as Ron Donaldson, a 43-year-old Miami Beach resident, police sources told Local 10 News.

Donaldson, who has been named a suspect in at least five rape cases, allegedly killed Daniel and shot him in the face, leaving the partially nude woman to die.

The suspect appears naked as he throws Daniel into a fence from the passenger side of a gray sedan.

As the woman appears to be trying to get up, Daniel comes from the passenger side to grab her and shoots her in the head.

An arrest report obtained by Local 10 News revealed that the area where Daniel was shot is known to have “prostitution activities,” something police have not said happened during the incident .

The shooting happened around 6 a.m. in the area of ​​Northwest 26th Avenue and 95th Street.

Donaldson, described as six feet tall and weighing 225 pounds, was arrested within 24 hours of the alley shooting after authorities located him at his home.

He has since been charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bond at Miami-Dade Corrections’ Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

According to the Miami Herald, Donaldson had a wife and a son.

He also previously worked as an insurance agent for Bankers Life.

Bankers Life spokeswoman Valerie Dolegna told Local 10 News: “We are saddened to learn of this tragedy and our hearts go out to the family and friends of the victim.

“The person is no longer employed by the company.

“As this is an ongoing investigation, we are unable to comment further at this time.”

Daniel’s mother, Tiffany Williams, also spoke to the news outlet, insisting she wants the man responsible for her daughter’s death “go to hell.”

Williams said: “I hope the man who killed her dies and goes to hell.

“He didn’t have to do it with my daughter or any other girl like he has done in the past.

“And I hope he gets consecutive life sentences and I hope he dies! I hope someone kills him!”

Crystal Joyce, Daniel’s aunt, remembers her niece as “a very loving and outgoing little girl, young lady.”

She told WSVN-TV: “She was nothing but 25. She was a baby. She didn’t deserve this.”

Joyce said Daniel, who was from Fresno, California, loved to travel and worked as a dancer in Miami.

An investigation is underway into whether Donaldson is connected to multiple rape cases in Miami-Dade County.
