REVIEWS

On June 11, there was only one rating for this Tiny House listing, which was anything but positive.

The one star review stated, “This is not a house. It’s a shell called a house to attract buyers.”

“You don’t get mechanical, electrical or plumbing.

“When you add all the pieces you need to build a house out of it and build it, the price per square foot isn’t worth it anymore. Don’t let the price people fool you.”

As with any item you intend to purchase, it is important to weigh the pros and cons and read the reviews before buying a tiny house.

Judy also mentioned that while it’s a trend that has many benefits, it stems from an economy where many Americans can’t afford to own a home.
