Here’s the full rundown of the new episodes

We are now just a few days away from the release of Cobra Kai Season 5, and fans are so excited to dive back into the karate universe to find out what the dojos are up to. It looks like Terry Silver will be the big culprit this season with John Kreese behind bars and he has big plans. Here at Netflix Life, we have to watch the season early, and without divulging any spoilers, we’re just saying you don’t want to miss this one.

Cobra Kai was created and aired on YouTube Red back in 2018 before Netflix bought the rights. The lighthearted show serves as a sequel to the karate kid Movies set some three decades later. Actors Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, Dallas Dupree Young and others reprise their roles.

If you have some questions about the show and want to know everything you need to know about Season 5, we’ve got you. Here’s the full rundown of the upcoming episode.

Cobra Kai season 4 ending explained

The final scenes of Cobra Kai Season 4 is explosive to say the least. In the finals we see the All Valley tournament where Cobra Kai emerged victorious because Terry Silver cheated and bribed the referee. Sam should win against Tory, not the other way around. Tory discovers what has happened and is disappointed, confused as to what to do. And that’s not the only bad thing Silver does in the finale.

Silver also frames John Kreese as we see in a flashback how Silver beats up Stingray in exchange for a membership in Cobra Kai. When Stingray is in the hospital, he says that Kreese was the one who attacked him and Kreese is arrested for aggravated assault and attempted murder.

Miguel leaves All Valley early (and doesn’t even see Sam fight!) and decides to find his real father. Johnny has been an important father figure in his life, but now he feels he needs to figure out where he’s from.

In the very last scene of Cobra Kai In Season 4, Daniel is greeted by a welcome guest, someone who is a fan karate kid Movies should know – Chozen! It seems like Daniel enlisted his help to defeat Cobra Kai next season.

What is Cobra Kai season 5 about?

After that epic ending to Season 4, there’s a whole lot to do Cobra Kai Season 5. Will Johnny and Daniel defeat Cobra Kai once and for all? We’ll have to wait to find out, but here’s Netflix’s official recap of the new season:

In Season 5, following the shocking results of the All Valley Tournament, Terry Silver expands the Cobra Kai empire and attempts to make his “No Mercy” style of karate the only game in town. With Kreese behind bars and Johnny Lawrence putting his karate aside to focus on repairing the damage he’s caused, Daniel LaRusso must enlist the help of an old friend.

Is Miguel (Xolo Maridueña) in Season 5 of Cobra Kai?

Although Miguel leaves California at the end of season four to find his father in Mexico, he is still a central character Cobra Kai Season 5. As we see in the trailer, he features in many scenes, which is a relief because he’s such a great character. As in previous seasons, this time he will have another strong storyline.

Is Cobra Kai season 6 happening?

At this moment, Cobra Kai was not renewed for additional seasons after Season 5. However, that doesn’t mean Season 6 won’t happen. As a matter of fact, Creator Jon Hurwitz explained that the crew was hoping there would be at least six seasons but nothing has been confirmed yet. We see no reason why there shouldn’t be a sixth season if the cast and crew are ready for it, given that Cobra Kai is a staple for Netflix.

Once we find out if Cobra Kai is renewed or ends, we will be the first to let you know!
