Shortly after Derek and Maria Broaddus bought their home at 657 Boulevard in Westfield, New Jersey, they received ominous letters from an anonymous stalker. They sought help from the police, private investigators, and even FBI agents to track down the culprit, but ultimately came up empty-handed. Eventually, the Broaddus could no longer take the harassment and sold the house. In July 2019, the 657 Boulevard home was sold to Andrew and Allison Carr for $959,360, which was significantly less than what the Broaddus family bought it for.
