Heidi Klum sparks major concern after AGT judge reveals her alarming low-calorie daily diet that fans call ‘unhealthy’

AMERICA’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum’s daily eating habits have left some of her fans in turmoil.
The 50-year-old German supermodel seemed to rattled fans after she took to social media to reveal what she usually eats every day.
Heidi opened up about her food intake during her now-lapsed question-and-answer session, which was posted to her Instagram Stories on Sunday.
Some fans were worried about her looks, especially her body.
The 1.75m tall ex-Victoria’s Secret model, nicknamed ‘The Body’ during her run with the brand, was asked how much she weighed and how she keeps her slim figure.
Heidi didn’t feel her weight, so she took off her shoes and the blanket she was wearing and climbed onto a scale.

She officially stated that she weighed 138 pounds as the scales fluctuated between 137 and 139 pounds.
Heidi attributed her slim physique to consuming “only 900 calories” a day and her fitness to the hearty breakfasts she typically eats. Us weekly reported.
Her breakfast includes “three poached eggs simmered in warm chicken broth,” the publication continues.
Heidi’s revelation has become the focus of discussion on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Down with the diet
More fans disliked Heidi’s diet because it was problematic than didn’t feel it.
“No medical advice, but a calorie deficit for women is somewhere between 1,200 and 1,500 calories per day,” noted one fan.
“900 and under is very unhealthy because your body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs to function properly.”
Another captioned: “900 seems low.”
A third person agreed: “Bruh, that’s not sustainable at all.”
A fourth sarcastically asked: “Heidi knows she can eat now, right?? It’s okay, girl.”
Another explained: “For all the women out there, this is not healthy. Make sure you get all the minerals and vitamins.”
NOT AGAIN IN GOOD REASONS
Heidi still seems to be on the bad side of fans.
Last month she faced criticism for her assessment of an unusual performance.
Heidi brutally criticized a music/dance duo, but viewers at home didn’t approve of her decision.
Red-handed, a man dressed as legendary horror film character Michael Myers faced the jury.
The panel – Simon Cowell, 63, Sophia Vergara, 50, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, 67 – tried to get the man to talk, but he was silent behind his mask.
He then revealed a piano behind him and sat down to play.
A second Michael Myers character emerged from behind the judges as his co-star distracted them with the piano, shocking Sofia so much that she screamed and nearly jumped from her seat.
After he took the stage, the piano song switched to the song “A Thousand Miles,” which host Terry Crews, 54, sang in an iconic moment from the movie “White Chicks.”
The audience went wild when one of the performers started dancing vigorously and even Terry sang along.
However, Heidi buzzed her buzzer before the performance was over, followed by Simon when they were done.
During the jury, the Project Runway host claimed that the act was “not enough” for her.
On Reddit, a viewer criticized Heidi’s decision, blaming her personal taste.
They wrote: “Heidi has a terrible sense of humor. It was a crime against humanity to rob us of another round of this Michael Myers piano/dance duo.”

“If anything is out of the norm from a comedic point of view/dark/etc. lies, she simply types it out. You should just take away her ability to vote if it’s something funny.”
“I loved this group. I was so sad the judges didn’t like her,” replied another social media user.
