It’s a coming-of-age series adapted from the graphic novel and webcomic of the same name by Alice Oseman. The story follows a young teenager named Charlie who befriends middle school football lover Nick, and their seemingly unfounded friendship eventually turns into an unexpected romance.

Newcomer Joe Locke leads the cast as Charlie Spring and Kit Connor as Nick Nelson. The remaining cast includes William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Sebastian Croft, Cormac Hyde-Corrin, Rhea Norwood, Tobie Donovan, Jenny Walser, Fisayo Akinade, Chetna Pandya and Alan Turkington.

The series for teenagers is rated TV-14. Based on Netflix Maturity Rating, this rating means that many parents will find this program inappropriate for children 14 years of age and younger. There may be some vulgar language used, so parents be very careful.
