She committed suicide just six weeks before she was due to tie the knot with Kyle Haase, 38, in Mexico.

She is said to have found women’s underwear in the house she shares with Haase.

In a heartbreaking recent text seen by DailyMail.com, Pacholke told her fiancé: “I love you Kyle and always will.

“I’m so sorry to do this to you, but I can’t take the pain anymore.”

In a message to her friend, Pacholke claimed Haase would feel “a million dollars” once she was “out of his life.”

Police officers rushed to the house after her pal said Pacholke was contemplating suicide.

Upon arrival, officers heard a noise and found the journalist with a gunshot wound to the head.

Pacholke bought a gun from a store about 90 minutes before the shooting, police said.

On Aug. 18, the reporter shared a tweet from author John Gordon, which read, “We are not positive because life is simple.

“We are positive because life can be tough. Give yourself (and others) grace.

“Speak life and encourage others. Look for the good today.

“Remember your WHY. Believe the best is yet to come.”

The reporter and Haase reportedly had a falling out in July when he allegedly kicked her out of his rented apartment.

Pacholke rented a U-Haul for her belongings and stayed in a hotel for three days until the two reconciled, DailyMail reported.

Kaitlynn Pacholke, Neena’s younger sister, told the Tampa Bay Times that her sister was “the happiest person I thought I knew.”

She said: “Sometimes you just don’t know what people are going through, no matter how much you think you know someone.

Kaitlynn described the news anchor as a “little sun ball.”

She said: “We would have coffee and someone would recognize her and she would lighten her up the way she has made me feel for the last 27 years.

“My sister had access to every resource imaginable. She was loved by everyone. She was so good at her job.

“She just radiated love and positivity, and she just cared so much about pouring into other people and always put other people first.”

Viewers mourned the presenter’s death.

One fan wrote: “So shocked to hear this news. Neena was our favorite news anchor.

“She was such a sunshine. Our deepest condolences to her family, colleagues and everyone who knew her. RIP Neena.”

“I pray for comfort and strength for all of you. We will miss her very much, she was like a family member.”
