TOMMY FURY has labeled bitter rival Jake Paul as appearing ‘frightened’ for not wanting to postpone their feuding duel.
It led to the statement from YouTuber turned boxer Paul that Fury pulled out on purpose because he didn’t want to face the 25-year-old Ohio-born.
But Fury insists he still has more for the challenge, and the fact that the clash has yet to be rescheduled reflects badly on Paul.
TNT mocks Paul by saying, according to talkSPORT’s Michael Benson: “This man never wanted to fight me. If he does, we’ll have a rescheduled appointment.
“I won’t allow him to use the excuse ‘Tommy is scared’ anymore.
“I think we can all agree now that the only one who seemed scared was him.”
Fury has called for the pair to set their undefeated record in March, three months after they were originally scheduled to fight.

But Paul has stated that he is now not interested in entering the ring with Brit, the brother of Tyson Furyand instead ordered him to ‘get some influence’ by facing Tyron Woodley.
Paul has announced he now plans to turn his attention to the UFC, for £26m against MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Speaking on Time MMA on Fury, Paul claimed Brit had ‘missed his chance’ for a fighting chance.
He said: “He was delusional and he missed his chance and his chance.
“I want him to fight Tyron Woodley and see what happens there.
“Because I thought Tyron was going to beat Tommy, so I almost wanted to let them fight.
“Tommy, people only know him for me, and so I want him to have some fans of your own, or influence, or do some other thing. Then maybe we can run it back then.”
