Haunting footage shows LSU student Madison Brooks leaving the bar with men who “raped” her before she was hit by a car and killed

A CHILLING video has been unveiled showing Louisiana State University student Madison Brooks exiting a bar with men whom police claim later raped her.

Police say three men and a teenager then abandoned 19-year-old Brooks in a residential area, where she was hit by a car and killed.

Video, first made available to the WAFB, shows three men and a teenager crossing the street outside Reggie’s Bar in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on the night of January 15.

Brooks is next seen crossing to catch up with her.

Brooks reportedly asked the group to take her home as she was too drunk to drive and unable to find her friends.

Police believe she was then raped in the back seat.

The group dropped Brooks off in front of a subdivision about four miles from the LSU campus and told police she was too drunk to tell them where she lived.

Brooks was later hit by a rideshare driver around 3 a.m., the US Sun reported. She was taken to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

These four men have since been arrested.

Kaivon Deondre Washington, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old have been charged with third-degree rape.

Everett Lee, 28, and Casen Carver, 18, have been accused of involvement in a third-degree rape, meaning they are charged with being present at the time of the crime but not taking part in it.

Carver told police that Brooks had consented to having sex with Washington and the 17-year-old, but that he thought she was too drunk to consent.

The student’s blood alcohol level was later found to be 0.319 percent, WDSU reported, almost four times the legal limit.

Having sex with someone who is too intoxicated to consent constitutes third degree rape under Louisiana state law.

Three of the accused have been released on bail, but the 17-year-old remains in custody.

Brooks was a sophomore at LSU in the Manship School of Mass Communication and a member of the Alpha Phi sorority.
