Haunting CCTV shows three friends were out and about before being found dead in a crashed vehicle with two injured friends

Intrusive video surveillance shows the car five friends were traveling in after they disappeared on a night before three of them were found dead.

Cops today discovered three bodies in a crashed VW Tiguan after Darcy Ross, 21, Sophie Russon, 20, Eve Smith, 21, along with Rafel Jeanne-Actie and Shane Loughlin, went missing on Friday night.

The group had not been seen for a night out at Muffler nightclub in Newport, Wales.

And after a frantic search, Gwent Police confirmed this morning that a car had been found in which three of the five occupants tragically died.

Two more of the friends are currently in the hospital.

Now haunting video surveillance has shown the white car the group had been in before it was involved in a road accident and veered off the A48.

The snaps, shared by the young people’s families during the search, show the white car carrying the friends.

Police have not confirmed the identities of those killed in the crash.

Gwent Police said: “Three of those reported missing have been found dead, two have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.”

Pals had previously said the friends were last seen at Muffler nightclub in Maesglas on Friday night.

The VW Tiguan was recovered just after midnight on Monday March 6th.

As it turns out, Darcy had posted photos of her and Rafel at the party that night.

The picture shows the couple smiling, with Rafel’s arm around Darcy.

It is believed she posted the photo to her Snapchat story the night they went missing.

Specialized officials are assisting the families of those involved and investigations are ongoing.
