The pop musician and former One Direction star ripped his pants while performing live on tour – inches from the fans.

Harry, 28, was performing at a sold-out show in California today when he suffered a wardrobe malfunction that momentarily exposed his crotch.

On stage, the star wore a brown and yellow tee, brown leather pants and rocked his signature brunette tresses.

The As It Was singer managed to snatch a Pride flag from the crowd, which he used to show modesty before pausing backstage to change into a new pair of brown leather pants.

Harry later joked with his fans, teasing: “My pants are torn. I think I have to apologize to some of you up front.

“I mean, this is a family show.”

Then he remarked, “You, sir, are you alright? I promise it’s not part of the show.

“It’s a family series…isn’t it? It is! Or is it?

Fans of the Grammy Award winners were quick to react to the hilarious moment, shouting, “Did Harry know Jennifer Aniston was there and he ripped his pants right in front of her?”

Another wrote: “Harry’s first ever celebrity crush (Jennifer Aniston) is in the audience tonight and he F***ING RIPED HIS PANTS in front of her.”
