TOTTENHAM striker Harry Kane performed the coin toss before The Hundred’s clash before joining team-mate Matt Doherty in batting.
The two Spurs aces attended the game after a sizzling start to the Premier League season.
Both featured in Southampton’s 4-1 demolition on Spurs’ opening day.
However, neither managed to get below targets to open their Prem account for the season.
Instead, Kane and Doherty took part in the pre-The Hundred cricket match coin toss before trying to show off their batting skills.
The pair faced a six-goal challenge before the London Spirit and Manchester Originals clash.
Doherty in particular was impressive, putting up some considerable height and distance with his shots.
Kane and Doherty weren’t shy about hiding their prejudices while wearing Spirit uniforms.
Spurs are back in action against London rivals Chelsea next weekend.
The league leaders are hoping to claim the scalp of one of their biggest rivals early on to show their intent.

Spurs are in a 15-year trophy drought, their last cup win coming in 2008.
Ledley King was the captain who won the Carling Cup at the time.
Kane has yet to win a silver in his soccer career. His earliest opportunity will be at the Qatar World Cup in November/December with England.
