22-year-old Liam looked all grown up as he received his diploma from Amherst College in Massachusetts.
The college graduate was seen wearing his gown, holding his cap and donning sunglasses as he accompanied Harrison, 80, and Calista, 58, around campus.
The Star Wars actor looked suave in a simple but smart suit, while Calista impressed in a white knee-length dress and a cream cardigan.
Calista adopted Liam in January 2001, a year before she met Harrison.
Although Harrison has shunned the limelight in recent years, the 22-year-old was frequently spotted at sporting events with the star during his teenage years.
When initially announcing the adoption, Calista revealed, “I’ve always wanted to adopt a child and I’m over the moon to have been blessed with a beautiful and healthy son.”

Liam’s somewhat reclusive parents have been making more public appearances in the weeks leading up to the release of his new film Indiana Jones and the Wheel of Fortune.
Harrison recently walked the red carpet in Cannes with his wife Calista ahead of a high-profile screening of Indiana Jones.
They looked the picture of happiness as they walked hand in hand down the glittering red carpet.
The cultural icon married actress Calista in 2010 after the two had been together since 2002.
Calista sizzled in her all-black dress that appeared to be see-through all the way to the skirt.

Harrison and his wife toured Cannes before returning to the big screen as the legendary Indiana Jones.
He will play the role in the upcoming blockbuster Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
The acting legend previously admitted that this will be the last time he plays the iconic film role.

The actress and author wore a long black dress and a pair of fitted gloves to bring her classic Hollywood glam look to life.
She will star in the film as Helena Shaw and was seen in a trailer for the film getting Harrison in shape.

NEW TRAILER
Harrison was rocked by Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge in a trailer for the new Indiana Jones movie.
The actor is in his fifth appearance as an adventurer and is digitally aged in flashbacks.
Waller-Bridge, 37, will play Indy’s pal’s daughter, while Mads Mikkelsen will play villain Jürgen Voller.
Dial of Destiny will be released on June 30th.
In November, it was reported that Waller-Bridge could replace Ford in the franchise in the future.
Waller-Bridge is introduced to the hugely successful franchise as Helena Shaw, Jones’ goddaughter, in the forthcoming fifth film.
At a Disney event promoting the film last year, Ford said, “I’m very proud to say that this film is amazing and that’s one of the reasons,” pointing to his co-star Waller Bridge.
“In Indiana Jones movies, there’s mystery and adventure, but there’s also heart.
“And I’m really glad that we have a really human story to tell and a movie that’s going to kick ass.”
