‘Halo saved me’ – Zhou Guanyu breaks the silence after a horrific crash sent the F1 car sliding 200 meters on its head at the British GP

ZHOU GUANYU has explained that the halo saved his life after his disgusting crash at the British Grand Prix.
The Alfa Romeo ace collided with Mercedes’ George Russell on the opening corner of Silverstone, causing his car to tip over.
He then slid 200 meters across the track and then into the gravel before smashing into the crash barriers.
Guanyu received immediate medical attention, and Russell jumped out of his car to examine the 23-year-old.
The Chinese driver was examined at the medical center but Alfa Romeo declared him fit and it was determined that he had no major injuries.
