TWITTER blasted Romelu Lukaku’s ‘Hall of Shame performance’ as the Chelsea forward endured another horrible night in blue.
The £97million man received the nod for the 4-2 London derby loss to Arsenal.
But he was completely anonymous during his 60 minutes on the pitch.
And fans on social media were quick to slam the under-firing flop, who is still just five Premier League goals this season.
One said: “Lukaku worst signing of the season? Must be.”
Another wrote: “Lukaku is so poor.”
A third added: “Another Hall of Shame performance from Lukaku. 100 million pounds. What a complete embarrassment, don’t even try.”
And another user commented: “If you look in Lukaku’s bag, you will find Lukaku. That’s how bad he is right now.”
Lukaku only managed 22 touches in his hour-long display.
By comparison, Thiago Silva had 20 on the tally before the striker was substituted – and the Brazilian only replaced Andreas Christensen at half-time.

The Belgian managed a shot that went wide of the target.
Manager Thomas Tuchel declined to discuss the striker’s performance, suggesting anyone who allegedly booed when he was booed would have been Arsenal fans.
But Sky Sports pundit Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink didn’t hold back.
The former Chelsea man slammed: “He’s not doing enough, you have to run around and show you’re annoyed, you have to suffer.
“He doesn’t go into the room, he’s very static.
“You have to show at least some passion, there was no passion from Lukaku.”
Many more expressed their views on Twitter.
One said, “Lukaku ran away like he had to go somewhere.”
Another added: “Another performance from Lukaku screaming £10m not £100m.”
A third wrote: “If you ever feel useless remember Chelsea bought Lukaku twice and he flopped both times.”
A recent user quipped: “I wonder when we will see Lukaku on the pitch, very strange that he was in the lineup but didn’t play.”
However, one fan defended Lukaku – saying he’s no worse than any of his teammates.
One supporter said: “Why all the lukaku abuse here lol the guy did his best. The whole team is not.”
