TikToker Kadama revealed to his 1.9 million followers how it’s done on the iPhone – and it’s so easy to do it yourself.

All you have to do is open Setting and choose overview.

From there, find Background App Refresh.

Then touch Turn off.

Then back to the main part Setting menu and select The battery.

The TikTok star said: “Now your battery will last even longer.

It will at least prevent the apps from sucking the juice.

Of course, that’s not the only way you can save precious electricity.
