Gus Johnson is dividing college basketball fans after he was caught vaping courtside

LONG-TIME basketball commentator Gus Johnson has divided opinions after he was caught vaping at work.
The Fox Sports sportscaster appeared to be working on the Arizona Wildcats’ 89-75 win over the Indiana Hoosiers on Dec. 10 when the filming was catched.

While e-cigarettes are not listed as banned at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, where the game took place, that hasn’t stopped many from disapproving of Johnson’s actions on social media.
One simply asked, “How is that allowed?”
Another said: “Rare Gus Johnson L [sad emoji]”
However, not everyone saw it that way and one commented: “I hope he doesn’t get fired or suspended for this [skull emoji] everyone treats themselves, and if they don’t hurt or bother anyone, there shouldn’t be any consequences for them. Bro gotta smoke, I can feel him!”

While one replied: “Well he can’t take a smoke break so he might as well do that.”
But what some fans struggled with wasn’t his decision to vape, but the decision to capture his vaping on camera.
One fan commented, “Dry snitching but whatever because Gus Johnson the GOAT actually ups his GOAT status by another notch.”
And “The GOAT” was there to watch an exciting game in Nevada between the 10th-ranked Wildcats and the 14th-ranked Hoosiers.
Since their win in Vegas, Arizona has improved their record to 10-1, fifth in the Pac-12.
Indiana, meanwhile, also lost its next game to Kansas and is now eighth in the Big Ten with an 8-3 record.
