GMA’s TJ Holmes was caught buying a ring ahead of Amy Robach’s 50th birthday as lovers stay married to other people

TJ HOLMES was spotted shopping at several high-end jewelers ahead of Amy Robach’s 50th birthday.

Despite their ongoing relationship, none of the GMA stars have finalized their divorces from their former spouses.

In new photos obtained by DailyMail.com, TJ, 45, was spotted shopping in Manhattan on Saturday when he bought an 18-karat gold ring from David Yurman Unity for $650 and a gold chain from Tiffany & Co to wear .

The former news anchor examined several jewelry boxes in the luxury stores, smiling and chatting with the vendors as he shopped.

TJ wore a navy Canada Goose jacket paired with a black and white scarf, shiny black pants and trainers in the chilly NYC weather.

The reporter was later spotted back on the side of the road with two small shopping bags, one in the classic Tiffany blue colourway, after deciding to make a purchase

The expensive purchases came just in time for Amy to celebrate her 50th birthday on Monday February 6th.

MARILEE CONTINUES?

Meanwhile, TJ’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, has shed her own wedding ring while she works to finalize her divorce from TJ.

The 45-year-old filed for divorce from Marilee in December 2022, a month after his affair with his co-host went public, and she’s kept a low profile since then until last week.

The mother-of-one was finally spotted strolling through New York City on Thursday with no wedding ring in sight.

Keeping it casual, she rocked a chic long black coat, a white turtleneck with ruffled sleeves, and black leather ankle boots.

Her curly hair was blowing in the wind and she appeared to be in good spirits as she flashed a huge grin as she walked down the street.

Marilee seemed to be laughing a lot as she carried a bunch of bright red roses in one arm.

It’s unclear who the flowers are from, but the romantic bouquet could lead some fans to speculate that TJ isn’t the only one who’s moved on

His ex-wife’s nails were painted the same shade of red as the flowers she held in her arms.

She accessorised with several pieces of non-nuptial jewelry, including earrings that dangled down either side of her face.

TJ and Marilee had been married for more than a decade when his affair with Amy went public.

A month later, he formally filed documents to end the marriage.

The couple have one child together: a daughter named Sabine, 10.

Things could potentially get ugly between the embattled exes due to the circumstances in which their relationship ended.

Lisa Zeiderman, a New York City divorce attorney and partner at Miller Zeiderman, exclusively told The US Sun that the fact that TJ was having an affair could potentially have a negative impact on her upcoming custody case.

The legal expert said one of the main questions that may arise during the case is the impact his apparent affair may have had on his daughter.

Marilee has hired Fara Rodriguez, an attorney who recently became a partner at her Manhattan law firm Philips Nizer LLP.

The move came as she braced herself for a potentially nasty court battle with her ex, TJ.

CAREER DISASTER

Both he and his apparent now-girlfriend, Amy, were removed from GMA3 and put on hiatus amid a lengthy investigation into their workplace behavior.

It was recently announced that the paired former co-hosts were officially booted from the network.
