GMA star TJ Holmes’ ex, Marilee Fiebig, has stepped out without a wedding ring for the first time since the news of Amy Robach.

TJ’s ex Marilee was spotted strolling through New York City on Thursday with no wedding ring in sight.

Keeping it casual, she rocked a chic long black coat, a white turtleneck with ruffled sleeves, and black leather ankle boots.

Her naturally curly hair blew in the wind and she smiled as she walked down the street.

Marilee seemed to be laughing a lot: she was carrying a bright red bouquet of roses in her arms.

It’s unclear who the flowers came from, but some fans are speculating that TJ isn’t the only one who’s moved on

His ex-wife’s nails were painted the same shade of red as the flowers she held in her arms.

She also appeared to be accessorized with several pieces of non-nuptial jewelry, including earrings that dangled down either side of her face.

TJ and Marilee had been married for more than a decade when his affair with Amy, 45, went public.

A month later, he formally filed documents to end the marriage.

The couple have one child together: a daughter named Sabine, 10.

DIVORCE DRAMA

Things could potentially get ugly between the embattled exes due to the circumstances in which their relationship ended.

Lisa Zeiderman, a New York City divorce attorney and partner at Miller Zeiderman, exclusively told The US Sun that the fact that TJ was having an affair could potentially have a negative impact on her upcoming custody case.

The legal expert said one of the main questions that may arise during the case is the impact his apparent affair may have had on his daughter.

“That lack of privacy, and the extent to which a parent contributed to that lack of privacy, I don’t think would be helpful in a custody case,” Lisa said.

“Your child is part of a community and you don’t want your child to have to deal with these issues when the child is at school or with their friends or anything like that.

“I think this verdict is important. I don’t think it’s the affair per se, but rather whether it affected the well-being of your child.”

The expert went on to say that having an affair would have a huge impact on any child like Sabine, who recently turned 10.

Lisa added that some of the questions that could potentially be asked in court include:

“How has this relationship affected your parenting skills?

“Did you choose to be with the person you are having these extramarital affairs with sometimes when you could be with your children?

“Was there less time you spent with your child?”

In addition, the court could also consider whether money was spent on an alleged affair that should have been saved for one’s family.

“There is also the question of equitable distribution, or what we call a lavish squandering of wealth. The question is: Have you squandered fortunes because of your affair? Have you paid for things, gifts, extravagant luxuries and the like? stuff, and does that have to go back into the marriage pie?” Lisa added.

As previously reported by The US Sun, Marilee has hired a second powerhouse lawyer as she prepares to fight her ex in New York family court.

Marilee has hired Fara Rodriguez, an attorney who recently became a partner at her Manhattan law firm Philips Nizer LLP.

The move came as she braced herself for a potentially nasty court battle with her ex, TJ.

Both he and his apparent now-girlfriend, Amy, were removed from GMA3 and put on hiatus amid a lengthy investigation into their workplace behavior.

It was recently announced that the paired former co-hosts were officially booted from the network.

Marilee, herself an attorney, brought Fara to her team just a day after her other attorney, Stephanie F. Lehman, who is also a partner in the same firm, ordered that TJ file an official divorce petition.

Fara’s impressive resume includes more than a decade of experience working with difficult divorce and family law cases.

Her bio states, “Fara is adept at representing clients during this trying time in their lives, compassionately and confidently finding solutions to the complex challenges they often face.”
