After returning from New Zealand, where she took part in a terrifying bungee jump, the TV presenter recorded a short message in her dressing room before heading into the studio for the live show.
Robin looked adorable in a black and blue striped sweater dress which she paired with a simple pair of earrings and a face covered in makeup.
“Morning, good morning, GlamFam! We had a wonderful trip to New Zealand and we did our best to make you feel like we are, minus the jet lag! And it’s real!” Robin began.
Holding her phone, she continued, “And here’s a morning message and prayer and thank you for being with us.”
At the beginning of the message, Robin announced: “You will do best when you fill your mind and meditate on things that are true, noble, serious, authentic, compelling, lovely, the best, not the worst, the beautiful, not the ugly things are to be praised and not cursed.
“Well, the word ‘meditate’ means to keep thinking about it, we have to be careful what we meditate on.
“What you let play in your head will determine what kind of life you lead.
“Your life will follow your thoughts, so play what God says instead of repeating doom and gloom over and over.”

She added: “Yes, the financial situation may be a little shaky, but God says He will provide for all your needs. He said he will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings you cannot hold back. Go through the day and meditate on it.”
Robin then read a heartfelt prayer before telling her 820,000 followers, “Get out there and have a blessed day and be a blessing.”
Robin also said hello to her partner, Amber Laign, who appeared to be attending the meeting via phone or video call.
ROBIN’S RETURN
Following her return to Good Morning America, Robin spoke to co-host George Stephanopoulos, 61, about “her world travels”.
George asked his co-star, “What time zone are you in?” to which she jokingly replied that it was two in the morning for her and said, “But I’m walking on sunshine!”
Robin has been sharing snaps from her luxurious getaway on social media, keeping her fans updated.
Perhaps the most memorable part of the trip for Robin was when she decided to do a “unique” jump from New Zealand’s Sky Tower, the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere.
In a GMA clip shared to Twitter last week, Robin could be seen preparing for experiences as she told viewers, “So if you’re in the birthplace of bungee, you gotta jump!”
Dressed in a bright orange onesie, she narrated the clip, saying, “My heart was pounding as we rode up the elevator, the reality of it all sank in,” adding that she’s “good with heights.”
Robin confirmed that she would venture 53 stories and be 630 feet in the air as she prepared to jump.
Robin described it as “a thrill of a lifetime” and admitted she was “thrilled to find my feet firmly on the ground again” when the ordeal was over.
As she hugged a member of staff after landing, Robin told her: “Oh my god, that was so amazing! It was more life and less fear! I really feel like I can do anything!”
The clip then shows Robin speaking live with her co-hosts as they hosted GMA from the New York studio.
“Incredible, huge, huge thanks to everyone involved, security checks are through the roof but this fall was no joke!” She said.
When George asked her what the 11 seconds of the fall was like, Robin replied, “It’s the first three seconds of the 11 because it goes against human nature.
“You’re on the brink and I’ve taken these little baby steps and the human instinct is not to let go!

“Well it wasn’t the most dignified jump but I feel good about it,” she added, as Michael Strahan chimed in, joking, “I don’t know if you jumped or if he pushed you!”
“Proud of you Robs!” Lara Spencer told her when Robin thanked her co-hosts and revealed she would never bungee again.
