GMA’s Robin Roberts reveals she’s recruited an A-list star to help with a key aspect of the wedding to longtime partner Amber Laign
GMA’s Robin Roberts has announced that writer Danielle Steele will be helping write her wedding vows this summer.
Robin was previously on duty in Paris, France after disappearing on an episode of GMA.

However, it didn’t take long for fans to know exactly where Robin was.
She posted a photo of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France to her followers.
Robin had been working on an assignment in France and let viewers know what she was up to there.
There she spoke at length with Danielle Steel.
She said Danielle provided inspiration for her upcoming nuptials to her longtime partner Amber Laign.
However, she also mentioned that Danielle would help her with her vows.
“Her outlook on life is fascinating and I even brought notes for my upcoming wedding and vows,” Robin wrote.
“Coincidentally, her latest novel is The Wedding Planner! she explained.

Danielle also shared her encounter with Robin on Instagram.
She wrote: “Robin was in Paris on business and was in town 24 hours a day. And it was an absolute miracle that she came to my house and we went to dinner and spent hours together talking, laughing and telling stories to compare notes, thoughts and ideas and parts of our lives.
She gushed how “wonderful” it was to meet Robin and share so much with her as if the two were old friends.
“It’s so rare to meet special people and Robin has a bright inner light that shines like a beacon!!” she shared.
She called the day “a big gift tied with a big bow.”
Danielle continued: “She’s getting married this summer. (Lots of girls talk about the wedding dress and the honeymoon!!) I wish her and her beloved Amber a long, long, happy life together!!”

Meanwhile, Robin extended her journey away from the studio while Linsey Davis followed in her footsteps.
The GMA star has been sent on a work trip to Paris with writer Danielle Steel while she is filming a feature film for the show.
Robin was nowhere to be seen on Monday’s Good Morning America, leaving fans wondering where she had gone.
Robin took to Twitter with a photo of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France.
She captioned her tweet, “Bonjour America! #MondayMotivation.”

In January of this year, Roberts announced her engagement to longtime girlfriend Amber Laign.
