Michael, 50, touched many hearts after posting a clip from Thursday’s episode.

During a segment of Shop:GMA, the former soccer player-turned-host opened a gift with a photo of his dog, Enzo.

As an openly proud dog dad, his fans were very emotional upon seeing his reaction.

Upon opening the gift, Michael exclaimed, “Oh.”

Excited and grateful, the host said, “I have a big smile on my face right now.”

Strahan posted the video on his Instagram account and allowed his supporters to share their emotional comments.

“Enzo!!! This blanket makes the ultimate gift for any dog ​​or cat lover,” Strahan wrote.

A fan commented on the Shop:GMA verified Instagram account: “I love his reaction.

Another said: “Love it! And I think it’s really great that the blanket is of high quality. I had one or two made and they came back very cheap and unusable.

Strahan is the proud father of a golden retriever; technically it’s his daughter’s dog.

He got the blanket from Sweater Hound as a present.

The cozy company began after a woman spent 15 years designing products for major retailers but unfortunately could never find the most luxurious merchandise to honor her beloved dog.

Strahan has been greeting his fans every morning on Good Morning America since 2016.

But on Wednesday, Strahan was replaced by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

“Good morning, breaking news. We have a hostage situation here because Dwayne Johnson has taken over,” said Robin as he sat behind the desk.”

During the rest of the segment, the two joked about The Rock being on set stealing his seat.
