GMA’s Michael Strahan stirred up the crowd at a work event by tossing autographed baseballs and soccer balls to those in attendance.
Michael was part of Fox Upfront, a presentation at the Manhattan Center in New York on Monday.

There, Fox unveiled its content plans for 2023 and 2024, including plans for Fox Sports, Fox News and more.
The whole presentation felt a bit loose with Gordon Ramsay opening the show on a bar.
Michael was later joined by Rob Gronkowski, Erin Andrews, Derek Jeter and Fox sports reporter Alex Rodriguez.
Erin had been trying increasingly throughout the evening to get the audience even more in the mood.
After announcing that soccer player Carly Lloyd had joined the Fox Sports roster, things “got off the rails,” Erin wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Michael, Derek, Alex and Rob climbed onto the bar as Gordon opened the show.
Together they began throwing autographed soccer balls and baseballs into the crowd.
That got them the hype they deserved.

Meanwhile, Michael slammed Derek for “feeling old” in a new video.
The GMA host was playing gold with the retired baseball players and a few friends when Derek gave him a shove.
Michael, 51, posted a video on his Instagram on Tuesday.
He, Derek, Paige Spiranac, 30, and a few other friends all played golf together for a good cause.
The video began with Derek looking into the camera and pointing at Michael.
“I grew up with Michael Strahan,” said the former baseball player.
Derek, 48, reached out to one of her friends and asked if they would do the same.
The friend said, “Of course.”
Then Michael spoke up, “You know what? You’re just trying to make me old, man.”
As the GMA presenter set up his putter, Paige said, “I wasn’t even alive then.”
Her boyfriend Kevin was about to say something when Michael snapped, “Kevin, don’t talk to him! Paige is the only one on her team you can talk to.”
“Oh you didn’t hear what she said?” Derek asked.
Paige repeated what she said to Michael, and the GMA host scolded, “Don’t talk to Paige either! Don’t speak to either of them. They are not our friends at the moment.”
Michael captioned that post: “Roasted for my age???? At least it was for a good cause, @jeterturn2. No I didn’t hear you @_paige.renee but that was COLD BLOOD!! 😂😂😂”

In February, Derek joined the FOX Sports baseball coverage team for the 2023 MLB season.
The big announcement came during the Super Bowl pregame show, where the New York Yankees legend appeared to have taken a dig at Michael, leaving NFL fans stunned.
Host Curt Menefee announced that Derek would be joining FOX Sports just hours before Super Bowl LVII kicked off.
The five-time World Series Champion joined Curt, Michael and another Yankees icon, Alex Rodriguez, on stage to boos from Philadelphia Eagles fans.
But things got awkward when former New York Giants defensive end welcomed Derek to the team.
“This is like a New York reunion,” said Michael, now a Good Morning America co-host.
But after the two shook hands, Jeter replied, “Maybe you’ll call me back now.”
The two then talked about playing golf and booking a table.
And the exchange left NFL fans confused.
“Why Derek Jeter only asks why Michael Strahan didn’t call him back.”
“Haha maybe call me back now Jeter to Strahan,” said another.
“I just rewatched Derek Jeter’s announcement and man did he say some funny insults to Strahan?”

Over the weekend, Michael shared a video of him and his mom engaging in a harmful yet relaxing activity.
The GMA presenter shared the picture with his more than 1 million Instagram followers to honor his mother Mother’s Day.
In the picture, Michael and his mother were sitting next to each other, both wearing black and blue clothes, holding cigars and smiling.
He labeled the post: “Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and all the moms out there!! Enjoy your day!“
Michael added a special note for his own matriarch: “Love you mom, you are the greatest.”
The American journalist also included a hashtag with the tag #MothersDay in the caption.
Although his mother is reportedly between 80 and 85, the picture he shared showed them both beaming while each holding an unlit cigar in their hands.
In a second photo in the post, he and his mother smiled with matching gold curb chains, which looked like souvenirs of a dangerously exciting activity they had undertaken together.
The former professional soccer player has received numerous comments from ladies who admire his relationship with his mother.
“Happy Mother’s Day to your mother too,” someone said.
“I’ll be damned if you’re not the best son,” said another.
She added, “Next to mine, of course.”
Author and former Wall Street attorney Jessica Dennehy chimed in, “We’re all grateful to your mom for giving the world YOU!”
She continued, “I’m sure she’s so proud of everything you’ve done, but she should be proud of herself too because she’s obviously an amazing mom!”
Someone even asked: “Did you two go shooting together? (The Shell Necklaces).”
