On Thursday, Ginger, 42, took to Instagram to share photos from her family vacation.
The post, titled “#ooo,” short for “out of office,” included snaps of a cloudy beach, her eldest son Adrian, and a rose bush growing on a fence.
Addressing the GMA host’s beach photo, one fan commented, “Remember Ginger, no predictions. You are on holiday.
Another person wrote: “Have a nice trip Ginger.”

“Enjoy your time!” added a third.
While a fourth commenter noted, “They’re not babies anymore,” in reference to the weather forecaster’s photo of her son.
As previously mentioned, meteorologist Sam Champion has filled in for Ginger while she visits her family.
Speaking on Wednesday’s broadcast, Robin Roberts said, “Sam Champion is there for Ginger and has the latest updates on where the threats are headed next.”

Sam wore a blue suit jacket, black t-shirt and pants, and white sneakers.
“This storm bombed faster than the normal cyclone – in 17 hours, not 24 hours,” said the meteorologist.
It showed the weather for the California region, near San Francisco and Santa Cruz.
Sam went on to say that it was the strongest March storm in the Bay Area.
Then there was a tornado warning in the middle of the country.
Sam let viewers know that this was “our 12th storm to date.”
Robin sighed and said, “12. storm and counting. Thank you Sam.”
WHERE IS GINGER?
Despite Sam filling out a lot on GMA, fans began to wonder where Ginger was.
On Wednesday morning, she posted that she was in the San Francisco Bay Area to visit family.
Ginger posted a photo of the approaching March storm on her Instagram account.
She captioned it: “Lowest March storm on record in the SF Bay Area (based on pressure) and guess where we’re going to visit family?! I’ll be back on TV next Monday.”
Ginger also traveled to California earlier this month to interview Robert Downey Jr. about his latest project and sleet.
Sleet is soft, small pellets formed when supercooled droplets of water — typically at a temperature below 32 degrees Fahrenheit — freeze on a snow crystal, according to NOAA.
SUCH A CHAMPION
Last week, Ginger was replaced by Sam again while she was stranded in Albany, New York.
Robin explained that 19 states are on high alert for heavy snowfall, flooding and even avalanches as a major storm moves further east.
Sam filled in for Ginger during the segment since she was stranded from the previous day.
“Sam is there for Ginger. I know you track everything down for us,” said Robin before tossing it to Sam.
Ginger had previously reported from the New York area, where over a foot of snow fell overnight.
When Robin checked in at Ginger’s on Wednesday, she was wrapped up in a red winter coat and still looking cold.
She pointed out that even after the heavy snowfall, there will be more storms.

“Ginger, wasn’t it difficult to get to you this morning?” Robin asked at the time.
The meteorologist nodded yes and explained: “Well, that’s the thing. We came in last night, we were in the rain. But the person who was supposed to take me back isn’t there yet, so yeah, the roads are holding up. “People sure are very slow.”
