In the photo, Ginger’s son saw him watching jellyfish in an aquarium, while the GMA star’s shot of them swimming among jellyfish in open water.
“There’s nothing like watching them learn…” Ginger wrote in the tweet with reference to her son.
“And then telling them about the time Mommy swam with jellyfish, I hope you all had a safe and wonderful Sunday.”
Despite the light-heartedness of Ginger’s post, fans all expressed concern that the journalist was swimming among jellyfish.

“I take it these jellyfish don’t sting,” one person remarked.
“NGL, the picture on the right scares me,” explained another.
“Most jellies have an unpleasant sting.”
A third viewer went as far as to tell Ginger that the jellyfish story wasn’t fun because of her discomfort with the picture.
“Yeah…..no Ginger – these aren’t the best jellyfish stories!” They write.
However, some fans supported Ginger’s courage to swim among the sea creatures and teach her son about science.
“Your boys are so lucky to have you as a mom! I was never good at science…it’s so much easier for me when I can see it,” commented one user.
ON-AIR ERROR
Ginger also recently made waves with fans after mispronouncing himself during live coverage in Times Square in New York City.
On February 3, the GMA meteorologist reported a cold front moving across the Midwest and Northeast.
She explained that some of the storm’s coldest conditions would be felt in all areas of Boston and above.
“Portland, Oregon could set records there at 44 degrees below ground,” Ginger said.
Only the TV star didn’t want to say Portland, Oregon.
Ginger was actually speaking of Portland, Maine, which would hit a dangerous frostbite-causing wind shower in just 10 minutes.
Unsurprisingly, fans were quick to point out the error on Twitter.
A viewer tweeted directly at Ginger, adding a freezing emoji: “You gave me a fright this morning saying -44 degrees in Portland, Oregon!”
The 42-year-old quickly corrected herself: “Did I say that? If so, it obviously wasn’t meant that way lol.”
NOT THE REAL GINGER
Wild Twitter activity has continued for Ginger over the past few weeks.
She has been blocked from some accounts on the platform, making some fans concerned about her social media presence.
Several fake accounts were allegedly created to impersonate Ginger.
One of these was caught by a fan tagging Ginger’s real Twitter page with the iconic blue tick next to the handle.
They also included a screenshot of the fake account, which included a picture of Ginger as the profile picture and the background portrait as one of their children.
The fake account also copied Gingers biography almost word for word.
ginger too replied back However, regarding the post about the fake site, she claimed that she couldn’t see the fake account.
“I need to be blocked by them as I can’t find it…” Ginger wrote at the time.
According to Twitter official blocking proceduresit is more likely that the account was deleted by either the user or Twitter staff.

The US Sun contacted Twitter for more information on why Ginger might not be able to see the fake account.
