Earlier this week, George’s wife Ali posted a picture of the two on Instagram.

There was no caption on the post, but she placed a simple red heart emoji in the middle of the photo.

Many of her followers commented with a red heart emoji and praise for the couple.

In it they stood side by side.

Ali had her arm around George’s neck and they were standing very close to each other.

They were smiling and wearing matching white shirts.

George looked almost unrecognizable as he removed his glasses and had stubble on his face.

His hair was windblown and he looked casual in his shorts and loafers.

It is not clear where they were in the photo.

George married Ali in 2001 and they have two children together – Elliott, 20, and Harper, 17.

Last week, Ali shared another photo of her and George to celebrate the presenter’s 62nd birthday.

This was a throwback photo of them from the beginning of their relationship.

In a photo from an evening taken a few years earlier, the two look happy and content.

They both held glasses of white wine as they smiled for the picture, while Ali wore a cropped navy blue top, wool jacket and white trousers, while George wore a purple shirt and brown jacket.

A-lister Jennifer Aniston commented with a heart and fire emoji, while fellow actress Julianne Moore said: “Oh so cute

Referring to her youthful looks, Mariska Hargitay said, “Love these babies.”

Ali followed the post with a recent snap of George reading at home with her dog, calling him “my be-all and end-all.”

She then shared an even older look back at the GMA star, who has been compared to movie star Christian Slater by fans.

Last month George revealed an off-GMA project he’s working on with his wife.

They have been busy producing a two-part documentary through their production company BedBy8.

George’s co-host Lara Spencer revealed the news on the show, saying: “Someone around here has been working overtime!

“By day he’s our intrepid anchor and political guru, but by night George Stephanopoulos has teamed up with his wife on a very exciting project.”

She went on to confirm that GMA was able to get an exclusive first look at Pretty Baby, a documentary about model and actress Brooke Shields.

Lara explained that the two-part documentary will “follow her journey and coming of age in public.”

She went on to reveal that “Shields will reflect on her career” and will premiere on January 20 at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.

With a satisfied face, George Lara and his co-hosts Michael Strahan and Robin Roberts explained: “This was a great passion project.

“Ali bought it about a year and a half ago and she’s friends with Brooke and we have access to Brooke’s entire archives!”

He praised the documentary’s director, Lana Wilson, adding, “And Lana did an incredible job putting together and telling a story that is truly a universal story about all young women.”

Lana then told George, “It got great reviews, I’ve only had great things, so I wanted to share that with everyone.”

Sharing the clip on his Instagram page, George wrote alongside it, “Check out @goodmorningamerica first thing this morning… #PrettyBaby produced by @bedby8productions along with @matadorcontent and @abcnewsstudios premieres at @sundanceorg this weekend!”

He previously shared the official poster for the documentary, telling his 90,600 followers: “Here’s an exclusive first look at the ‘Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields’ poster.

“Produced by @therealaliwentworth and my production company @bedby8productions, along with @matadorcontent and @abcnewsstudios.

“Through media appearances and archival footage, #PrettyBaby follows @brookeshields’ transformation from a sexualized young girl to a woman discovering her power.

“The docuseries premieres on @sundanceorg this weekend and is coming to @hulu soon!” he added.
