DEBORAH Roberts has shown off her fit physique during a grueling workout at the gym with her and husband Al Roker’s son Nick.
The Good Morning America host posted the mother and son’s workout videos to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
Deborah, 62, began the videos by showing her and Nick, 20, walking to and entering the gym.
The broadcast journalist seemed to cheer up and said: “All right Fitnation, are you ready?”
Nick replied, “Yes,” as he opened the door and the couple walked inside.
Deborah pointed the camera at her fitness trainer, Don Scott, and said, “Let’s do it.”
The next video showed the World News Tonight Weekend host and her 20-year-old son swinging kettlebells while warming up for their workout.
Deborah wore a camouflage tank top that showed off her pronounced arms and black gym shorts that showed off her muscular legs.
Nick wore a blue t-shirt and gray shorts as he trained alongside his mother.
Deborah was heard encouraging Nick to “pick it up” as they swung the weights between her legs up over her chest.

The following shot, captioned, “Swinging into shape!” captured the couple increasing the intensity while flexing the weights being handled.
In a video captioned “Form is key,” Nick was shown performing hip thrusts with the trainer’s assistance while Deborah did back exercises with a dumbbell.
The two reunited to hold the boards together and Nick was later shown running on a treadmill while his mother did a chest workout with resistance cables.
Deborah finished the workout with one-legged push-ups.
She then added a photo with the caption, “Yessss!!!!” In it, she and Nick showed how they flexed their biceps after they finished their workout.
ON THE RUN
Earlier this month, Deborah pulled a muscle while running around New York City.
Deborah revealed in a video she posted to her Instagram Stories that she was struggling to complete her training run because she nearly injured herself.
Deborah’s skin and t-shirt were drenched in sweat as she paused to walk before starting to run again.
She explained the reason she slowed down and revealed that she had suddenly become uncomfortable running.
“I thought Nick [running buddy] and I ran together [and so] I was trying to catch him,” the breathless ABC personality said.
“All of a sudden, the area behind my right knee buckled…I don’t know what that tendon is…but it’s not good.”
She added that she would put it behind her and “move on in a second.”
Later stories featured a snap of Deborah running with the caption, “Trying to get going again…”
In a video that was later added to her Stories, Deborah could be seen admitting that she was able to finish her run after her running partner Nick finished his run.
Deborah’s leg injury followed her husband As68, current knee problems.
Al is currently recovering from his second knee replacement surgery.
Deborah admitted in March that despite dropping out of wellness training, she was determined to get back on track.
Deborah posted a series of videos and photos to her Instagram Stories to give her followers an inspirational speech about determination and running in March.
In the first video she said: “Good morning! How are you doing? Well, I don’t know about you, but I’ve been upset a lot lately.”
“Cold weather, rainy weather, I just don’t feel like it. It’s so easy to just say, ‘Not today.’ But every journey begins with a step, right? So, one step. Let’s go ahead and make it happen.”
Deborah captioned the video “Friday Finish…”.
She then posted several photos of her running in New York City while wearing a navy quilted vest and matching cropped leggings.
“By the way, did I ever mention that when you’re on the road, it’s not just about the running – or the walking? It’s about.”
The second video features the stunning view she has while running and is captioned, “Take it all in me!”
She then posted several amazing photos of her gorgeous Central Park flower run.
