According to a source, they are “in the best shape ever” after Sunday’s race.

An insider told the Daily Mail that Amy and TJ’s “intimate” sex training prepared them for the marathon.

They added that the sex got them “in the best shape of their lives.”

Last week, the publication’s source said: “Are you into the Kama Sutra? I can not say it. But alongside their intense training, their private intimate workouts give them that extra extra stamina.”

Another source also said their relationship blossomed into little more than friendship while they were training for the half marathon last year.

“And now, a year later, they are dedicated lovers who will be showing their skills in racing this weekend,” they said.

Amy, 50, and TJ, 45, ran their first race together in November 2022, just weeks before their affair was exposed.

And they stayed under the radar for their second race on March 19th.

Amy and TJ braved the cold New York air on Sunday as they ran the half marathon together.

They showed their relationship by running side by side in the marathon.

Amy wore a white winter coat, blue leggings and a t-shirt underneath.

She also added orange sneakers, a black beanie, gloves and sunglasses.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend TJ wore all black except for his sneakers, which were bright green.

He also wore a hat and gloves to keep warm.

They ran right through the crowd without drawing attention to themselves.

A source told PageSix earlier this week that they were likely to run, although their names are not on the list of public figures and celebrities.

Last month, Amy and TJ were packing on the PDA on a crowded beach.

TJ was seen grabbing his lover’s butt as they kissed on a beach in Mexico.

They took a long vacation after it was confirmed they would not be returning to GMA.

The couple were photographed getting cozy during a stroll along the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

With a smack, TJ placed a hand on his former co-host’s butt cheek and appeared to be squeezing it.

Amy leaned in for a kiss with her hand on her lover’s neck.

In other photos, the former GMA stars held hands as they continued their beach walk.

Both were dressed casually, with Amy opting for cropped denim shorts and a tank top, while TJ wore cargo shorts and a white t-shirt.

Another snap made Amy laugh at something TJ said.

The lovebirds had no qualms about packing the PDA even though the beach was crowded.
